A mixed-use development of 155,000 NSF located 3 miles east of Downtown Austin. The project will consist of 64 townhomes condominium on the East side, 90-110 multifamily apartments with associated commercial space on the West side, and subterranean parking.

East Austin is known for its diverse demographics and buildings that include early 1900s bungalows mixed with modern condos, cool cocktail bars and Southern-style eateries. Springdale Road is becoming a major commercial corridor. Given its proximity to 183, the location is the nexus between downtown, East Riverside, and many major new developments.

The well suited location along Springdale Road provides quick and easy access to an abundance of restaurants, retail and entertainment in the area. The site features a rehabilitated historical restaurant on the West side, plentiful landscaping, and connected pedestrian paths built carefully into a grove of mature trees.
