Jason Bible is a capital markets and investor relations professional with over 20 years of experience in real estate capital formation, private fund management, and investor network development.

Mr. Bible previously served as Co-Founder and VP of Investor Relations at Channel Beach Asset Management, where he structured and closed LP equity commitments from high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and institutional sources. He holds an MBA in Finance from Houston Baptist University.

Lawrence Prager

Capital Markets

Lawrence has experience across alternative assets, private capital formation, and real estate investment platforms. He currently serves as Senior Vice President, Capital Markets at Tirios, a real estate investment and technology platform.

His prior experience includes roles at Majority Capital, Emerald Capital Partners, and ICAP North America, a FTSE 100-member broker-dealer. Mr. Prager holds a B.A. in Economics from The University of Texas at Austin. Mr. Prager’s prior experience was gained through other organizations and entities not affiliated with the Company.

Eric de Valpine

Operations

Eric is a seasoned CFO  and investor with 20+ years of experience scaling early-stage companies. He led Foodshed Investors, an angel network focused on sustainable agriculture, and has supported multiple USDA grant programs. He’s also launched hospitality and preservation projects in Austin’s urban core.

Trevor Thompson

Capital Markets Analyst

Trevor supports investment underwriting, financial modeling, and market research across active and upcoming development projects. His background includes private equity fund reporting, M&A analysis, and data-driven strategy support. Prior to joining Prompt, Trevor worked as a Financial Reporting Analyst at MUFG Investor Services, where he oversaw NAV tracking, reconciliations, and valuation reporting for alternative investment funds. He also served as an M&A Analyst Intern at Sellside Group, supporting due diligence, target sourcing, and financial analysis. 

Trevor holds a BBA in Finance from the University of North Texas and is currently pursuing his Master of Science in Finance at the University of Oklahoma. He brings a strong foundation in financial modeling, investment analysis, and data visualization, with technical skills spanning R, Tableau, and eFront.

Lydia Hattrup

Marketing + Operations

Lydia supports the Board's vision by driving day-to-day operations, marketing, hiring, and execution across key initiatives. A marketing and operations leader with 15+ years of experience driving growth across fintech, consumer products, and SaaS, she specializes in building high-impact marketing strategies and guiding organizations through rapid scale, from early-stage startups to established companies. 

She’s held senior roles including VP of Marketing at Buzz Points and has led digital strategy, brand development, and go-to-market execution for a wide range of clients through her consulting work. Lydia holds a BA in Business and Economics from Wheaton College and an MBA from the University of Texas Austin’s McCombs School of Business.

Leah Paulo

Research + Administration

Leah is a versatile professional with a background in education, real estate, and entrepreneurship. She began her career as an educator, later gaining experience in client service, short-term rental management, and launching a successful children’s resale business. 

Known for her organization, attention to detail, and proactive mindset, Leah brings adaptability and a strong commitment to excellence to every role. She holds a BA and teaching certification from Loyola University Chicago.

Chris Peifer

Real Estate Technology

Chris is a seasoned tech executive with 20+ years of experience leading cloud-based services across consumer, government, healthcare, and real estate sectors. He has driven over $1B in enterprise and consumer sales and held executive roles including CEO, CSO, and CRO, with leadership spanning sales, business development, and strategy.  

His career highlights include scaling an e-reading platform to $200M in annual revenue, launching a social network adopted by 60,000+ households, and incubating a tech division supporting a $2B real estate pipeline. Chris is known for forging high-stakes partnerships and navigating dynamic, fast-growth environments. He holds a BA in Communications from Vanderbilt University.
